Our timeline to begin work is almost completely dependent on the manufacturer. For example, some projects like Roofing typically have the materials in stock. In those cases we’re able to install within 2-3 weeks. For other services such as windows & doors, we’re 6-8 weeks out to install.

In order to file a roofing insurance claim, you will need to contact your insurance company and provide them with details about the damage. The next step is to schedule an inspection with your insurance company in order to assess the damage and determine if your claim is valid.

The nature of the storm/inclement weather will determine if we can complete the installation on the scheduled date. We will likely need to reschedule an installation date to ensure quality and proper installation. Each course of action is determined on a case-by-case basis. However, we will ensure that your roof installation is completed in a timely manner despite possible obstacles that occur!

A four–season sunroom is built to be used year–round, while a three–season sunroom is only meant to be used during the spring, summer, and fall. Four–season sunrooms typically have more insulation and a better heating and cooling system than three–season sunrooms.
