With each shingled job using the Owens Corning system, you are ensured of quality products, installation, and service backed by the best warranty available. - Provide dumpster for roof debris
- Completely strip all shingles to bare wood.
- Repair and/or Replace any bad or rotted wood with exterior grade CDX plywood
- Install all new vent collars, step flash all rake walls, and step and counter flash chimney
- Install full role of Ice and Water shield rubber membrane at all gutter areas and in valleys
- Install starter course and 30, 40, or Owens Corning dimensional architectural shingles per manufacturer recommended installation techniques to maximize warranty
- Install Cobra ridge vent and new ridge caps and seal final course.
- Clean up all debris and detail job site
